That was my last curtain call with you guys, and that was also the best i have ever had.
Gentlemen, friends, brothers, we've come so far, and im so proud of all of you, how far you've gotten since january, the club is now in your hands, not in mine, we pass on the torch, carry it well, carry it with pride, and know that you're carrying a very heavy torch with a flame that burns proudly.
I'll miss you guys. I miss the musical already. But hey, it was worth it, all of it was woth it.
Dont you ever forget that.
I feel empty, this musical has taken up such an important part of my life for the past 6 months, and now that its over, a part of me left with it, and i dont think im the only one.
And now i feel like im giving a speech at my deathbed.
Pfft.
But for what its worth, i have no regrets.
I dunno why im getting so emotional, Gahhh.
Anyways, well done guys.

Exactly 1 week away. Im glad some of you are feeling it.

This is honestly one of my favourite scenes from one of my favourite movies of all time.
Its from the pursuit of happyness, and its just, amazing, it always makes me cry.

Ok this guys, is a scene from the film Gladiator.
I think you guys should seriously watch this, and look at how that crwod behaves in the arena, arena scene people, watch closely! And soldiers, gladiators, all of you, look at how the soldiers and gladiators are in this movie. Its awesome.

Oh and, im gonna teach you guys how to put youtube videos onto your phone or ipod, or psp, whatever, so read carefully.

Step 1: http://www.videodl.org/ go here, copy and paste the URL of the youtube video, or any other video website, and paste it onto the huge area under the sign that says video download. Then click get it.

Step 2: Once its done, the download link will show, right click and save it, make sure whatever you save the video with ends with " .flv" cos this automatically makes it a flv file.

Step 3: Once you've saved it on your hard drive, you're halfway there! Congrats. Whoopee. now go here, http://media-convert.com/ and follow the instructions. Its really simple, just use your common sense. (if you have any)

So there ya go, then just open the mpg4 file with itunes or whatever, and pop it into your i-pod/phone/psp. And you're done. Simple as that. See?

Ok you know what, im gonna actually post something that isnt so panicked and rushed like the other posts. So im gonna take my time, and write a nice lenghty post for your reading pleasure.
Firstly, i doubt alot of people know about this blog, especially the new comers, and i know this blog's getting kinda boring cos all i do is inform inform inform.
Well ok, i promise i'll try and make things sound less like listening to a documentary called "Growing Grass and Drying Paint".
Well anyway, we're really close to our performance now, and im scared guys, are you?
Im scared cos i dunno whats gonna happen up on that stage on the 11th and 12th of April, im scared cos i dunno how you guys are gonna handle it.
Sec ones, this will be your first time performing in front of a crowd and this is a big big thing, like, really big. I didnt get near to this kind of an audience when i was in sec one.
heck when i was in sec one, i was a backstage guy, i moved a black chair.
Yes. I moved a black chair.
So much for glamo huh?
This oppurtunity probably wont come again so soon for most of you, i dunno if you guys know this, but to me, this performance is an honour, being able to perform in front of hundreds, thousands of people, i'll be glad just to get 3 seconds of stage time.
It's hard work guys i'll tell ya that, but i think its a good experience, so learn from this ok guys? Everything here will only make you a better actor, and a better person, also, it'll help you for next year's SYF, which trust me wont be such a walk in the park.
We're selling tickets at 80 bux, that is alot of money, so we're really gonna have to put up that good a show. Like, seriously. Think about it guys.
So, after alot of thought, ive come to a conclusion that you guys just arent inspired.

Dance try outs

Hello martians.
Here's a quick update cos im so tired, im seeing spots. No really there's one right now.
Its like blur polkadots. Makes me wanna poke em.

Anyway, tomorow, there is a dance try out, yes the dance instructor will be coming to see all of you, so please, everyone, try to look normal. Put on your best behaviour, and no crapping around.
PLease remember to bring track pants and a loose t shirt fitting for dancing. Or else, you wont be able to stretch and your pants will become threads, believe me, mine's torn a million times when i stretch with school pants.
Same time same place, 3 o clock, at LC 2, dont be late, come dressed properly.
And dont piss any particular indian-spanish teacher with the initials SG off.
Not pointing out any particular teacher of course.
Lets keep her calm, and not raise her blood pressure.

Drama tomorow!

hello all martians, in case some of you are enjoying the end of exams too much, ( sorry sec 4s) this is just a reminder that you can get to enjoy your end of exams EVEN MORE because there wil be drama tomorow! Yep thats right there's drama tomorow on the 17th of october! its from 3-5 at the LC2 same time, same place, and we're gonna do what we do best. Its official right here guys, tomorow will be the start of our intense preps for our musical! Is anyone else excited? Cause i know i am, so everyone please remember to wear your drama t shirts, bring yourself, and bring your A game.
And please wear pants too. And underwear for those with sensitive, urm, areas.
Oh and uh, this is out of topic i know but i got a pair of tickets to the click 5 showcase! Woohooo i won a singing contest on 987fm and got the tix. So yupp, too bad im taking someone else. :D
But just to let you know.

Hello again good martians of the community! How've your holidays been? I hope all of you had a great break, however short it may have been.
Oh my holiday? Oh it was great, Thanks for asking. Alot of studying all over the place. I can see that alot of you are also studying really hard, seeing that there aren't many people coming to this drama blog. But fear not people! I shall make an anouncement this wednesday to tell all of you about this website.
Oh have you guys watched hairspray? i think you should check it out, i think out musical can be at that standard. Make sure you study the way they sing, i think it really helps cause singing normal songs and musical songs are different. And also notice that they dont just stand there and sing, they really really feel the music running through their veins, so you guys should train up yourselves to feeeeeeel tha mussiiiiiic.
